Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of the source data they provide.
ESGreen makes reasonable efforts to develop and update its calculation tools in accordance with applicable regulations, standards, and professional methodologies. However, results generated by the software are intended to support calculation, management, and reporting activities and shall not automatically be regarded as independently verified, certified, or assured results.
Where a report is required to be appraised, verified, certified, or approved by a competent authority or organization, the customer is responsible for completing the applicable procedures.
7. ESG Assessment and Automated Tools
Certain ESGreen features may use algorithms, assessment rules, automation technologies, or artificial intelligence to support the consolidation, analysis, or assessment of ESG data.
These results are designed to help businesses:
- Assess their current status;
- Identify data or governance gaps;
- Monitor ESG indicators;
- Support the development of improvement plans.
Assessment results depend on the input data, assessment criteria, and methodologies applied.
Unless otherwise agreed, automated results generated by the system shall not be considered an ESG certification, credit rating, audit opinion, independent verification, or third-party assurance.
Important business decisions should be considered in conjunction with source data, the organization’s operational context, and appropriate professional advice.
8. Net-Zero and Sustainability Content
Content relating to Net Zero, emissions reduction, carbon markets, ESG, greenhouse gas inventories, and sustainable development is provided on the website for informational purposes and to help users understand these topics.
